Discord space in Profile

Is there a way that could be made only viewable to either members on Speakeasy/GTKAS or barring that only registered members?
Someone told me that they had trouble adding me, because I have my settings set up that you can’t unless they’re already on another mutual server. I don’t want to change this because I got harassed on Skype from people I didn’t know, so I don’t want my Discord # to be viewable by anyone who isn’t a registered user of this site.
It worked out fine since their settings don’t have those restrictions but it’s one of the main reasons I rarely use Skype.
