i myself specifically have a clause in my ruleset not to allow that kind of OGI :/
It's not against site rules by default to discuss , although specifically disallowing players from discussing replacements in your game is a reasonable stance. The argument against making that a universal rule is along the lines of "It's a thing that players are going to consider anyways, making them fabricate cases based on that read just further taints the game state."

Regardless, in this case I see it as more a poorly phrased read of Andante's emotions immediately prior to the replace being town indicative, which is 100% fair game.

As far as the CSF lim went, the only way that got avoided was by faking a lot of investment and solve-yness, which is really hard to do. The lim wasn't motivated by a scumread, but a PoE read which is much harder to argue against. Everyone was convinced the PT was pure, but CSF was the least cleared/solvey slot and it makes sense that they'd be the first to go, which is unfortunately very hard to fight against.

Also, I'd like to take the opportunity to point out that my initial suggestion for Squid Game's parachutes would have been fine, you just had to absolute madlad it and I couldn't resist letting you torture yourself pooky.

I had envisioned a single post at the beginning like this:

A Parachute will arrive at 11:03. Countdown.
A Parachute will arrive at 11:58. Countdown.
A Parachute will arrive at 14:57. Countdown.

I never intended you to just not sleep for three days.

(It was still funny as all hell though.)

Way easier to plan around for the players, which makes it more strategy and less luck, and less incentive to be constantly F5-ing, which fucks with the players hard. Comparatively, my suggestion would have been a 'choose when you want to try' strategy as opposed to a 'be online as much as possible for 3 days straight' strategy.

I actually think having exactly one scum in the going PT would be optimal here, based on some things that y'all didn't know at the time. Scum couldn't afford to just out by bloc voting with either PT because of the recombination, where a scumteam who'd outed would then be in autoloss. (There was a mechanic in place that prevented every town player in a PT from dying if that became a potential issue somehow). Additionally, putting scum on the team with everyone's strong townreads just makes their job of ducking an elim that much harder. Also, you get a bit of an issue with having the solo scum in the "Suspected" pool, since that presumably is the weakest slot on your team and they suddenly don't have any support.

I think this is a town win, but not a particularly impressive one, tbh. (I absolutely could still be wrong at this point, of course.) There was a lot of RL that just happened to give town the upper hand this game. Neither team played terribly, but neither team was spectacular and glorious either.
