I actually sent out the role pms in a random order because it occured to me that if i sent them in role order that could be metagamed

I don't think anyone would actually do that because that's stupid and dumb but I wonder if it would be hypothetically possible in some games

i usually send them in playerlist order

if i'm feeling really lazy, i send them in role order, and if anyone goes "btw i got my role pm at xx:xx:xx what about you" i know they're gonna get banned for bringing that up so i just hope they don't do that

i just lined them up in role order to make it easier to set up the role pms and then went clicking on random tabs and hitting submit

This is interesting to wake up to. I'm not thrilled with Seanzie or his explanation for one simple reason: Who starts a reaction test and then bails on it before even two hours have elapsed and nobody else in the game has even posted yet? There's absolutely no reason to say "Wow, I'm surprised nobody said I was scummy for this!" when nobody said literally anything about any topic. It suggests to me that he wasn't really doing a reaction test and I loathe it when people present arguments that they don't believe in themselves.

That being said, Seanzie's play outside of that does appear to be actual scumhunting which is more than can be said for a lot of players here. I'm not letting Seanzie off the hook but at the moment I don't want him to be today's elimination.

We have a lot of players posting nothing of substance right now. Galron is an obvious one and people are talking about FancyPants, but EATEROFTIME had a terrible entrance to the game and apparently there is somebody named UltimateDetectiveKiriGiri in the game as well.

Galron, you're currently voting for Crescent. Crescent has been an active poster so far; what are your thoughts about her play?

Mafia could easily still win this but I'm surprised by the approach they're taking. I don't think they're really talking to each other much. Kyoko kinda tied themselves to Galron there and now T3 is going in with the bus having not really talked about it beforehand. I understand coordination is hard though and maybe somehow doing it this way will benefit them. I don't claim to be the ultimate mafia understander

Ok that is NOT the claim I would have made personally. It must be linked to the informed information mafia got. I suppose I'm not sure how it turns out. Is he expecting the weak neighbourizer to CC? I don't think the roles can't coexist and I think the obvious move is to ask if there's a neighbourhood - which there is not by the way.

I am actually not 100% sure how a backup neighbour interacts with a neighbourizer. I think it's the type of role interaction I would avoid entirely, but I know some people like pushing the boundaries of normality. Not like there would be anyone like that with access to this PT of course

I am 99% sure it wouldn't inherit anything. Neighbour and neighbourizer aren't the same thing. And if a neighbourized target dies, neighbour isn't part of their role, so it wouldn't be inherited by a backup. But I can't be certain because I don't really think there's another role that permanently changes properties of other players in such a manner.

I say this because I feel like Seanzie is going to ask me about it soon and I'm not sure what to tell him. I -feel- like I need to have an answer prepared because otherwise I'm outing Galron as scum, but I obviously don't want to give false info.

Maybe something like that "My interpretation of the Normal rules is that Backup Neighbour would not interact with a Neighbourizer in any way, since Neighbour and Neighbourizer are different roles, and neighbourized players are not Neighbours."

A long time ago, I co-moderated a game called kidney mafia and it was a very memey game

I think it'll be slightly funny if Schadd_ wrongly assumes Galron's role claim is correct because of that. That said I understand backup neighbour being a fakeclaim isn't exactly intuitive.

The problem is, the people with the most accurate reads appear to be KT and Haschel. KT is almost a dead man walking, and Haschel is fairly inactive so neither of then are good nk choices.
