For example: your argument sounds good, mastina, until you take into account that you neglected any mention of mala's scum game in your analysis.

Mage Crest gives the Mage trait to a unit usually lacking it; this allows for double-casting their ability.
In a mafia sense, this means it's either granting Multitasking or a double-shot of an ability, e.g. using two cops at night instead of one.

Ancient Archives gives a Tome of Traits, from a semi random list of four. Whichever trait you get gives the trait selected to a unit.
In a mafia sense, this is either empowering the player holding the selected trait, or making a player with a different trait gain a power from a new trait.

Best Friends buffs until next to each other, which is either a buff to two players, or just giving them a neighborhood.

Best Friends seems like the safest least volatile most known outcome to me, since the other two are more of a gamble.

Without having any idea of what traits do what and only being able to speculate based off of game knowledge, I'm fairly indecisive and that indecisiveness leads to apathy.

If Mage is a buff to a player that we pick I'd pick it, but if it were basically anything else I wouldn't.

If Best Friends is like, making everyone neighbors I'd pick it, or two players of our picking neighbors I'd pick it, or buffing two players of our choice, I'd pick it. So it's probably the best generic choice.

But I kinda want to greed for Ancient Archives (just like I do when playing the game and getting it ), just for the chance that it either gives my trait a buff or gives me access to a power from a different trait.

A complete and total disregard for any attempt to look town. Sara is town specifically because she is not trying to look town. As an example, this post is referencing Dunnstral's opening about Nomsy, and suspicion on Nomsy. Using Russian instead of German but still commenting on that indirectly. That level of cheekiness lightheartedness and funness is disproportionately from a town player, because Sara isn't trying to look town.

Sara isn't trying to appease the town.

Sara isn't putting effort into appearances.

Sara is just casually being a part of the game.

I've been playing this game on this site since 2008, of course I don't.

I have played so many games that I can't remember what I did, when. I have underwent so many changes in my life that they have wiped out both memories of who I am and personalities of who I was. (Also plurality is a thing I have, so...)

I will hold marks against players that I feel have done actions that shouldn't be forgiven (hint: most of them end up banned because turns out that if someone does an action that I think shouldn't be forgiven, they're usually a piece of shit ), because if someone does things that

should not

be done and are unrepentant about them, then it shows that person to be...an individual that should be avoided or at the very least, tightly monitored.

But that is a before-game thing. And sometimes, players do repent. So there are precious few who remain IRREDEEMABLE.

I genuinely never top the post count in my games, ever. I'm always in the middle of the pack: never the bottom, but never the top. I'm at around my placement in TFT games: 4th-6th on average with the occasional 2nd-3rd and the annoyingly-low 7th/8th.

But this game, I was in first place and looking like I was going to maintain it. I posted more in this game than I have in nearly any other in such a timeframe. So I was looking forward to that crowning ACHIEVEMENT, only to be STRUCK DOWN and quickly have it LOST to the sea of time. It carried through to the realm of the deceased for some time, but even I in my GLORIOUS PRESENCE could not maintain that level of DIVINE INTERVENTION for too long, so to BASK in it was a period all too brief.
