I think it's quite plausible the user just didn't think to turn it off since that's something someone does at most once per account. In post 13, Dunnstral wrote: Just something to think about. tbf my last game with mastina (murdercat's drafting) they had a confidently correct scumread that also had the flaw of only really looking at one alignment. In post 156, Frogsterking wrote:

the repeated blathering about updating reads without actually interacting or expanding on them in a meaningful capacity is scummy-bad
I mean, if giving my read on literally everyone and updating them from time to time (albeit with a heavy gut factor) is scummy, I can shitpost instead, but I don't see how that's supposed to be an improvement.- NDMath

That‘s an incentive alright
So NDmath didn‘t properly backtrack from the MK scumread which suggests the pairing makes sense with early bus- NDMath

Uh yes.In post 470, Fredrick A Campbell wrote:Just starting to townread mastina with a p-value of 95%.
I have a feeling I'm using p-values incorrectly in some way that a statistician may be able to tell me.
The lowest p-value you could reach on a town read is ~75%, and ~25% for a scumread so you could never disprove your null hypothesis (and also your goal here isn't to test the null hypothesis), meaning it would be clearer to just use raw probabilities than p-values.- NDMath

My townreads currently are Gamma, Legends, Meek, Enchant, and Yume, although Yume is because there's multiple people telling me their blatant obvtown rather than any of my own thoughts.
Also to a lesser extent than my other townreads, Fredrick.
Dunn, Beeboy, and Sircakez are roughly null to me.
Which leaves {Vivax Tictac Sara Toog Mala} as south of null; I plan to review these and attempt to explain my thoughts in the next hourish.- NDMath

On Sara this is their towniest game imo after a short meta dive and idk what to think about that. Nomsy's argument about the vigshot looks weaker than I initially thought since Sara's iso before and after mastina's death looks pretty similar.
On Toog I agree with Gamma's thoughts:
My impression of toogeloo being there is usually more to remark on their play when town whereas here toogeloo has been rather low impact and less engaged than my previous experiences with them, granted it's been awhile since I last played with Toog.In post 884, Gamma Emerald wrote:Toog of town I think should have done something spicey by now, so I think they can be scum
On Tictac they're a scumlean for their weaker posting , #877 is their best post but I'm not convinced of their reasoning supporting their scumread on gamma enough.- NDMath

On Mala, that scumlean was primarily from Mastina's push and I'm not feeling as good about the read currently with some other details I'm rereading.
On Vivax, starting in the 400s they have a number of weird posts imo, specifically regarding their scumreads. Such as their talk of me bussing meek was nonsensical, they make multiple weird claims relating to Nomsy slot interactions, and meek/me/enchant is an almost lazy trio of scumreads they've clung to nearly the whole game thus far.- NDMath

I like their early interaction with mastina since mastina doesn't really have much reason to scumread Fred but he handles it well and asks questions that show him trying to form a read on mastina. Backing down in 802/803 was townie. I like 829 but don't have a good reason for liking that one.
