1) MacReady is the platonic ideal of a husband.

2) I dislike because I don’t think it says much of anything for calling tbh “interesting”. I don’t get the sense Clark cared much for the question he asked.

I very explicitly did not "call tbh interesting" in that post, not sure how that was your takeaway when I talked about Palmer's case having a basis in the site meta.

This? What sticks out to you as Thing-like?
Yeah, that. It's a vibe. The TBH seems self-conscious, the post itself is short and seems to be made for the sake of making it and fitting in, and the vote on a person that hasn't posted yet vibes like he doesn't want to start ruffling feathers yet.
I see. Something I've noticed recently is that people seem to find "tbh" as scummy, with one reason being that it comes off as soft and half-hearted agreement in order to avoid conflict. At least, that's one reason that's stuck out to me.
It's interesting that you see Copper's post as a whole that way, rather than just the "tbh" part.

VOTE: Copper

I'll vote here with you for now.

I’m going to be frank, the issue is more specific to you calling something interesting than it is the subject itself and I made that apparent, I believe, in my post. What’s interesting about it and more importantly does it have any bearing on alignment? Without including the latter the post rings hollow and disinterested, like you’re going through the motions.

You didn’t communicate any of the first sentence in your post. I also don’t think it was a complex read either, but that’s more subjective. So yes, you do need to make your thoughts apparent.

And again, you’re baffled. But what do you actually think of the people engaging with it. You feel... cautious, I suppose, of saying much about it.

Typically I'd prefer if people just ask me to clarify my thoughts, some stuff is just going to seem obvious to me.

I'll have thoughts on players when they have content. Sorry but I'm not going to have five reads just like that.
Can you clarify your thoughts on anyone voting you right now?

disagree, i very much like Clark as of right now. The questions theyre asking seem very newbish by nature, more like they care about seeing thought processes more than anything.
I don't expect them to really go anywhere with it, if they do ill be surprised.
Maybe im just a softie but i tr the newbie playstyle.

May I interest you in a windows vote instead?
I think his reaction after being wagoned was poor. It felt like the sort of reply you make promising stuff later while you’re secretly hoping the wagon disperses. And in the context of it being early game I believe that that’s a slightly better play than it is down the line.

As such, I don’t really want to move my vote until Clark provides... anything that I townread. Rather than promises.

And as it is Windows’ one post made no impression either way on me.

MacReady, Windows, Fuchs
Blair, Bennings, Palmer
Copper, Nauls, Childs, Norris
Clark, Lars

Somewhere around here. I’m having issues processing this game because of the familiar profile pictures and my inability to distinguish men.
I feel weird about Lars the last few pages (not condemning for a bottom tier read I know, can’t write paragraphs currently, Clark is MIA after yesterday’s exit and I still think he could be trying to wait out the pressure. Nauls I think I need more from to get to a townread, a lot seemed catchupy. Childs was... not great on a quick read but this one is prone to change depending on deeper looks into. Norris shouldn’t be rewarded for their play, defiance and anger can be easy to fake. (Side note though it’s also easy to look good from condemning it, Lars r.e Norris was meh. Childs arguably worse iirc.) Considered having a null Copper tier because I think they’re likelyish to be town but still dwelling.

Edit: Timing!

I explained it already, the trolling is just ridiculously scummy and not like town having fun. Also he's barely solving if at all, if he actually tried then I'd have looked past the trolling.
I see
rereading their iso, I don't like how they were interested in a windows vote when it feels like windows isn't that scummy; more jokey imo

Yes it does, because Jailkeeper and Vigilante are meant to be paired together.

And, let me drop this bombshell:

WHAT MAKES CLARK LOOK LIKE SCUM TO YOU?

Serious question.

Would it be a lack of content?
Would it be the content being posted being scummy?
Both?
The claim into the above? The above into claim?
All valid, but follow along with me, here, that is important.
Personally, I feel like Clark hasn't contributed much and for similar reasons to my predecessor.
I also feel like jk is a claim that can be faked easily.

This is actually killing me.

Day 1, Childs use this emoji 6 times in the entirety of the day. Which was definitely enough for it to be noticeable as something that Childs does use

But then today, Childs has used it 12 times in the last 30 mins. Which, given the discrepancy in frequency, feels more like a purposeful imitation of someone who felt like "Childs uses :P " was a fundamental aspect of pretending to be them
you could be right on childs but i don't think that it leads to palmer/childs being things.
maybe i'm misreading or i'm pocketed by palmer, but i'm more towards believing palmer.
