The War of the First Coalition (French: Guerre de la Première Coalition) was a set of wars that several European powers fought between 1792 and 1797 initially against the constitutional Kingdom of France and then the French Republic that succeeded it.[15] They were only loosely allied and fought without much apparent coordination or agreement; each power had its eye on a different part of France it wanted to appropriate after a French defeat, which never occurred.[16]

Relations between the French revolutionaries and neighbouring monarchies had deteriorated following the Declaration of Pillnitz in August 1791. Eight months later, following a vote of the revolutionary-led Legislative Assembly, France declared war on Austria on 20 April 1792; Prussia, having allied with Austria in February, declared war on France in June 1792. In July 1792, an army under the Duke of Brunswick and composed mostly of Prussians joined the Austrian side and invaded France. The capture of Verdun (2 September 1792) triggered the September massacres in Paris. France counterattacked with victory at Valmy (20 September) and two days later the Legislative Assembly proclaimed the French Republic.

Subsequently, these powers made several invasions of France by land and sea, with Prussia and Austria attacking from the Austrian Netherlands and the Rhine, and the Kingdom of Great Britain supporting revolts in provincial France and laying siege to Toulon in October 1793. France suffered reverses (Battle of Neerwinden, 18 March 1793) and internal strife (War in the Vendée) and responded with draconian measures. The Committee of Public Safety was formed (6 April 1793) and the levée en masse drafted all potential soldiers aged 18 to 25 (August 1793). The new French armies counterattacked, repelled the invaders, and advanced beyond France.

The French established the Batavian Republic as a sister republic (May 1795) and gained Prussian recognition of French control of the Left Bank of the Rhine by the first Peace of Basel. With the Treaty of Campo Formio, the Holy Roman Empire ceded the Austrian Netherlands to France and Northern Italy was turned into several French sister republics. Spain made a separate peace accord with France (Second Treaty of Basel) and the French Directory carried out plans to conquer more of the Holy Roman Empire.

North of the Alps, Archduke Charles, Duke of Teschen redressed the situation in 1796, but Napoleon Bonaparte carried all before him against Sardinia and Austria in northern Italy (1796–1797) near the Po Valley, culminating in the Treaty of Leoben and the Treaty of Campo Formio (October 1797). The First Coalition collapsed, leaving only Britain in the field fighting against France.

I think Una is town because of the way she is approaching my slot. I think her reasons for townreading me are not great,

but

I think they come from town because a) they show an early wish to solve and encourage me to play and interact, b) she seems unafraid of me thinking she's pocketing me for having a townread on me for weak things.

There's not much to Dannflor yet, but I liked him calling out Junko in 32 as I also found their posting to be nervous.

unwnd is more of a gut feeling, but I think they come off better in the argument with Junko on page 4, and I also liked 76, as that's something I also thought at the time.

I'm suspicious of Junko because I feel like their deflections are weird and, for as many posts that they have, I don't get the honest vibe of solving the game from any of them.

Slightly suspicious of Greeting because the first line in 66 reads LAMIST.

Everyone else did not leave an impression on me yet.

i think her playstyle feels counterintuitive currently to mafia winning
the devil may care approach isn't going to win favors

and i don't see the person so far who is so aggressively/universally townread that she has the luxury of not caring about how she's perceived (because in theory to have that luxury her partner would have to be set up well)

i lean towards it being more of a townie going "lol here i post whatever i want and whatever happens happens"

My gamestate take right now is

Timeline A - The vibers are proportionally more town right now. Lucian (a mafia member) cannot keep up with the general camaraderie and is being iced out by his approach. There could still be one viber who could be scum, but currently I don't see it. This timeline ends with Lucian being iced out and his partner not having enough sway to stop the vibers either.

Timeline B - Scum is hiding in vibers. They are using camaraderie to post in plain daylight with nobody considering their motives, due to the vibes they bring. This timeline ends with Ydrasse winning as mafia.

Timeline C - A mix of both timelines in some form

Number of players times number for my little pony friendships.
It is 9*8 instead of 9*9 because you can't be friends with yourself.
So when you pick a friend there is one fewer people than 9 to choose one.
But there are 9 choices of how to reincarnate yourself into this game.

FMPOV, either the scumteam is 2 of the 3 lowest impact slots of Menalque/Greeting/Junko, or we're still stuck here. It's not impossible, I guess. I can't say I have high hopes for it, though.

I don't think Menalque/gretting team is possible tbh, and I know i'm not so, I Guess at least when this coalition fails we can narrow down mafia easier
