that's a towny sounding group overrall

the reason is, if your hood is the hood we're going to pick, mislynching in that group is awful because it could mean we lose total control over this ability to a wolf majority, in case there are two wolves in that hood, and even if there's only 1 we want as little as possible scum interference with deciding the night action.

so for this hood and for whatever hood we pick keeping the numbers as high as possible is wise. we should never lynch inside the hood that's being activated to avoid the potential for scum controlling things.

After a while i thought Kokichi was towny and voted him for our ability, but despite you saying things like:

I think this is a town post.

Feels like scum have more incentive to look at the player list so that they can plan ahead. Plus, they already know 2 out of the 9 players in the list and maybe wouldn't feel the need to announce this sort of glee as much as a town player would.

@tora - wanted to make sure it wasn't literally 'town' leader.
The power would be stronger that way but also IC's the chosen.

Though we can still use it as a sort of WIFOMY weak investigative. If the town leader doesn't get NK'd after 1, 2 .. maybe 3 nights if we really want to push it.. that'd probably mean they're scum. Especially if powers are secret. If they're public and weak maybe scum wouldn't care and would keep them alive.

I outright missed RC straight up claiming he was a double voter in 179 and only made the observation by looking at this VC.

Frankly I thought that was a joke. I needed the VC to know he's actually a double-voter.

But that doesn't answer my concern. I'm beginning to think you're playing dumb to shrug it off.
Tora suggested we claim faction powers. He didn't himself though until after you asked him in 609. You wouldn't ask unless you think he has a different one than mine. Because you know the members of your faction and popo declared the members of his faction, you know he's either in mine or the 4th faction. But you wouldn't need to ask if he is in mine unless you think I'd lie about it.

I don't normally believe in scumtells but damn it this sure looks like one.
