Very pleased with this game.

I think the flavor mechanic was balanced. If one of the power roles had had to claim, the mafia could have looked back at the speculation about MeMe's role and realized that d3sisted had a role, possible that I had a role for trying to shut down the discussion, and that other people didn't have a role. I considered after I posted that that I should have gone with the flow and pretended to think MeMe was the roleblocker too. If either of the lynched scum had bothered to claim, they would have been much better off.

Who did the mafia target night one and two?

Would have been a funny situation day 4 when you guys were about to lynch pooky and I claimed saying that he must be innocent because someone got killed that night...lol. I didn't think there would be a vig in the setup when we already had a cop, doctor, and rb.

Holy crap what an intersting game. Never at any moment did I think there might be a possibility of a twist of some sort! It must've been interesting for those who might've guessed the twist of the game and had to think in consequence

Every game I run has a twist. Here, the twist was the only reason it was held in Theme Park (having the cop being a vig is definitely not Normal).

Nightchoices:

N1:

Kscope kills d3sisted (blocked)
Jack blocks Kscope
d3sisted kills Meme
Fonzy investigates Patrick
Meme "sexes up" Javert (her choice of words, not mine).

N2:

Pooky kills Jack (blocked)
Jack blocks Pooky
d3sisted kills Fonz
Fonz investigates Kravhen

N3:

Pooky kills Sir Tornado
Jack blocks Sir Tornado
d3sisted kills Pooky

I was wondering if anyone would recognise the setup, which I had posted in the "Worst Roles" thread. Once I opened signups I edited it out of my post, but I was worried mainly that PJ might have seen and recognise it.

I also agree that self-hammering is just wrong, but Kravhen was less of an issue than logic and K-scope who both just gave up without any sort of fight.

I actually
was
trying to figure out what the twist for this game was; couldn't find one with the info we had in the open (although it
did
vaguely cross my mind that d3sisted was trying to hint he had a role-blocker role with his reaction to MeMe's death - something which sadly struck me as him possibly being a
scum
role-blocker). Strangely enough, it crossed my mind that the twist could be that there
was
no twist. *gaspshock*

Thanks for modding, Seol.

Jack was the RB, not d3sisted.

Right, I know that - but d3sisted's skepticism about MeMe being a role-blocker (since it's the
traditional
flavor) led me to believe
he
was trying to hint to be a role-blocker, instead of what was actually going on (him basically saying that traditional flavor was not necessarily the case), which helped spark my attack on him (although I clearly did not detail this reason since I try to keep away from role speculation unless I find it integral to the case I'm making). Just saying that
in a way
I thought I had a few things under my thumb when it turned out I was thumbing the right thing with the wrong conclusion.

Jack wrote:Whoah! That was an unexpected twist. I had no idea my blocks were successful, hadn't considered a vigilante. Though the MeMe kill does make more sense.

D3sisted did confirm himself in my eyes by saying that bit about poorly written flavor. When logicticus came up as "goon" I realized the mafia didn't know.

Night 1: blocked K-scope. There was a kill so I thought his partner did it.
Night 2: blocked pooky. Very surprised when there was a kill. Adel had acted scummy most of the game and pooky was avoiding the k-scope wagon as d3sisted mentioned.
Night 3: Sir tornado
Wow, your lynches AND night choices were spot on. I'm quite amazed. To be honest, I seriously considered vigging you for being the first on both scumwagons as part of some massive bussing ploy to definitively clear your name all the way to endgame.

Nice catch on the "porly written flaver" bit. I put that in there to hint that the roles may not necessarily be what they are named. More breadcrumbing:

This one should've been obvious, as Patrick clearly was not lurking.

I think I should've done a claim sometime on D3 to clear up the confusion, taking responsibility for the 2 NKs. I realized that if a roleblocker or doc was still alive, they might have gotten the wrong impressions from the disparity between their night choices and the night deaths. I even thought about claiming to get Javert off my case, but come on; how often do you fall into a vig-cop role?

That's a breadcrumb? And you think that should have been
obvious?
