Or, we should get all of the players back from Newbie 1893 (Trendall, Thor, NotNova, Egix, BBmolla, Lamees, and Wantsome) and have a Newbie 1893 reunion game with the exact same playerlist. Except this time Trendall and I should be scum together, and we can stage a massive fight over definitions and statistics in the game thread. And no matter what, Thor needs to get lynched at some point. Lmfao.

Well it didn't help that I know Auro very well and can to some extent predict what he would do as scum, so once I finally became convinced that Shoshin was town, it was obvious that Auro was trying to setup Vedith and Chennisden as back-to-back mislynches with the day four nomination list, meaning his partners had to be DoubtingThomas and Scumreading (who were both individually scummy anyways).

My plan was to continue bussing SR and make him make iffy associations with Shoshin while spewing me town; while I "come around" on DT, and appeal to Alonzo that I'm town (that was the slot we had the best chance of convincing) while keeping you an option since you weren't an early SR vote.

Alonzo seemed to townread effort, so hyperposting would've been the best bet then, and even might have worked *shrug*. And I wasn't in a position to do that continuously.

The only way you would have had a chance at pulling this off is if you beat Shoshin to the punch and if you started the 1vs1 against SR by voting for you first, and had him vote you back and tunnel you and completely ignore Shoshin. Then try to make the argument that Shoshin had no choice but to bus SR because you started the 1vs1. And then stage scum theater along the lines of "Hey why won't SR switch his vote from me to Shoshin? They are probably scumbuddies because Shoshin is confirmed scum from town!SR's point of view and yet he is ignoring her".

It's just like Starcraft Mafia 2 when we started the wagon against JJh, and Pint sheeped us onto that wagon. It's much more likely that the person

the wagon against scum is town, and that bussing scum is joining the wagon after it's already a foregone conclusion that their scumbuddy is going down. As soon as Shoshin started that 1vs1 against SR, you literally had no choice but to vote for SR because you were heavily "townreading" Shoshin all-game long.

You also opened up on day five by stating a clear preference of lynching Chennisden over Scumreading, which was a huge clue that you wanted to avoid bussing SR if at all possible.

In other words, it would have needed to play out the exact opposite compared to how it actually played out (with Shoshin starting the 1vs1 and you not voting SR until after Shoshin did). Even then, Shoshin and I were heavily on to you. You still would have had to try and take out one of {Shoshin, Volxen} through the nomination list and then try to win over Alonzo in lylo. I think that would have been your one and only play here, and it would have required you to really play off of Alonzo's paranoia about Shoshin and I.
