Difficult, yes. That's why I am looking from the strategic angle. We include 4 from the first coalition.

That let's us do a coalition of everyone outside plus tmck tomorrow.

If that succeeds, we win. If it fails we have two finite pools that scum must be in. (Either 2:1 or 1:2).

Sure. When a coalition fails, there must be scum inside the group. In this case,

themilkcartonkid, Skygazer, RadiantCowbells, Creature, NanceFloor, Ankamius (now you), Chemist1422, Clemency

has at least 1 scum.

If we coalition the left overs, then we either win or we know there is at least 1 scum in there.

There are three scum alive.

Therefore, mathematically there can only be 3:0, 2:1 or 1:2 as possibilities.

Coalitioning the leftovers means eliminating 3-0 in most likely scenarios. If it is 3-0 we just win.

In order to coalition the leftovers, we need two dead from the original coalition.

That means the veto needs to consist of four slots from the original coalition.

People want to put the entire scumteam in it to try and get a scum death. While I feel it's a noble goal, it's unlikely even if we had consensus reads.

No one's outright opposed to the plan, they just think the other way is better. I'm in favor of noose tightening, particularly with Creature's OMGUS.

If we suppose 2:1 or 1:2, as I agree is likely, then we remove one scum from each pool. Then, we use 1 of 4 to bottleneck the last scum.

The next choice I would do is Vengeful. Each player posts their venue targets (which may or may not be their scumpool) and we lynch. If someone refuses to answer, they're scum. Even obvtown should answer because it lets people know which flips solve the game.

This pick protects tmck unless we hit scum. Plus tmck will have used his power.

I look forward to the arguments that my slot was scummy after I'm killed. I'd be very amused if the veto was all town and we systematically kill off 4 town.

Also, no I don't have to explain anything to anyone. We are all responsible for our own reads and I don't get into the habit of being backed into a corner by overzealous town who wouldn't listen anyway.
