I have seen setups approved by RC and mastina and UB is easily allowable based on what I know so far, which is that the setup has a single UB. Even if you're a TPR, which you've all but hardclaimed at this point, there is no TPR that would result in town-you concluding that the setup was imbalanced with your role and a UB. This is scum reachiness setting up a strong fakeclaim, not town reachiness.
