@mod If the Day 3 King is dead (long live the King) before Day 3 begins, are we all able to propose or do proposals just not happen?

The King's ability wouldn't apply if the King were not a living player in the game at the start of Day 3, so Day 3 would then use the same propose/vote mechanism as Days 1 and 2.

Drawing this up put me through a bit of thought exercises I'm going to reread some stuff I might be leading myself to a different idea.

So the thing I was looking at, is, how good are the next 3 inventions, really. And they are preeetty meh. Best one left is bodyguard, but it's one shot bodyguard, it's so hard to even connect with it.
There's this mechanical strategy we can go for of stacking active roles on as small a group of players as possible, to make the motion detector roles and tracker roles as powerful as possible. If the pool of players who has no business being out after curfew is smaller it is easier to use tracker and motion detector to get a soft or hard guilty.

Chronomancer: Apthet achieves this. But also since Apthet seems like a pretty high priority NK it tosses the troubling Chronomancer role into the graveyard faster. Someone pointed out N2 BP doesn't save a townread forever, just for 1 night, so I should stop being averse to letting apthet having thin skin N2.

But then... I can't actually figure out a place to put the N2 BP that's any better. Hrm. Once you think to yourself "this person is infact going to die -eventually-" it just seems equally useless on everyone.

I don't know about momo-lynch, I think he has the potential to play a d3 like his day 1 and clear his recent behavior. I -could- say the same thing about Creature but I really don't understand the secret ways of reading Creature, or in the even I understand them a lot better than I think I do, he's just obvscum that should be lynched today.
momo+AP lynch is ok I guess. You can't do momo+Creature without feeling at least a little stupid because it's inconceivable that those two slots are SvS
