I am ok with it if I believe that the response Airan gives is inadequate and scummy. I already said I don’t agree with the idea of Aidan being scum, but people expose themselves when the pressure is on, especially new players (from what I saw in my last game).

I’ve had opportunities to jump on other bandwagons. I chose not to. I think this guy is scum. I’ll go into detail a bit later but basically he’s pussyfooting and trying not to upset anyone. He doesn’t want to be suspected and this is apparent in his play.

Seems like the game is on a stand still since Geyde/Aidan haven’t been online since yesterday morning. I also would like to wait until Aidan comes back to hear what he has to say, so hopefully they come back or get prodded quick enough so we can have a discussion about this before the deadline

So I'm choosing to put my trust in their post about newb-scum behaviour and agree with both faüstiv and Airan lynch-wagons. I am a little bit torn as to who I should vote for though. I still think something's up with faüstiv and am leaning towards lynching them based on gut instinct but in terms of utility, I think an Airan lynch would probably provide more information.

Well Veg seems to reckon that faüstiv is more likely scum than Airan, and seems only to be acquiescing because Airan will ‘provide more information’, seemingly regardless of flip... which seems strange to me, as I don’t see what more information Airan would provide — disregarding flipping scum, ‘cause that’s not an info-lynch, it’s a scumlynch (I hope).

Dryanth hasn’t said anything that screams town. His analysis could easily come from a scum perspective; him asking questions to numerous other players is something scum would do d1 to ‘fly under the radar’ so to speak (as if they’re interrogating one specific player, that could disturb trust in the town) but I get a town vibe from post 28. That’s why I think he is null/town.

I mean, from what I've seen, RVS bandwagoning is fairly common on this site.
So I personally wouldn't consider it scummy, it's just a site meta thing.

“A bit suspicious”. Again, he’s trying to mitigate it as much as possible whilst planting any seeds should that BW have gone anywhere. If that player was ok L1, he could use it a shame part of his case to get him lynched.

Ok thanks for all the replies. This is my first game here, so it’s natural I might find scum where there isn’t any. I just find bandwagons a bit suspicious, because scum might jump upon them quickly to get an innocent lynched. But because the bandwagon was at the start of the game, I am probably being a bit too paranoid.

I didn’t ask Airan for his opinion, yet he gave it anyway. For me, I think he’s trying to score townie points here by pointing this out.

Thanks for your opinion. I’m sorry if agreeing with spangled seemed suspicious. I kind of regret agreeing now. Although it is good, it is just asking for an opinion which still hasn’t been answered.

Again he’s afraid of suspecting someone. Again his play is safe. His ‘analysis’ has not helped town. He’s not interrogated anyone because he is too scared to. Airan is a player looking to survive rather than scumhunt.
