Well I don't really have a solid grasp on like all the slots in the game, but at the least for S_S he is a lot stiffer as scum than he is here as of now.

I definitely feel that if you're actively trying to make RC into a negative utility, you have higher scum equity than normal.

Oh, I just had an idea. If we aren't leashing baton passes, each person should write a summary of their thoughts when deciding who to pass to, save it somewhere (PM it to the mod if you have to), and post it immediately once the thread is opened again. That should ensure that everyone has accountability without the chaos of a dozen people each simultaneously asking someone else to explain their choice.
