Your role PM should provide at least some specificity as to what "powering up" means. You should be able to paraphrase that per the mod's ruleset. I'll pretend to ignore the snark since debating that isn't actually helpful.

If you want to know why it's a town role, do some maths

It powers up all roles in the game. There are a lot more town than scum in the game. If we no lynch here and assume 3 scum, I power up 6 town and 2 scum, and maaybe remove the sensitive modifier from myself if my hunch on what I power up is right? If I was scum that'd be 7 town and 1 scum powered up here.

It's also got this sensitive modifier attached to it, making it more likely that I die before I do the thing.
