In the very first page of the game both Titus and DongEmpire who is now Suji votes Joey. Suji also states:

You rolled scum, its nothing personal.

This seems like a classic s/s interaction imo.
If Joey is scum then i'm pretty sure Joey/Suji might be a viable solve. The only thing that heavily goes against this is that they'd both be nominating themselves today, which seems counter-intuitive.
