Alright so first off, these are one of the closest things we have to dinosaurs atm and calling them a Giant Chicken is, well honestly pretty funny. But Still! XD

So, I must apologize for this misinformation.

I have recently learned that Chickens are, in fact, the closest Genomic Relatives of the T-Rex.

I should have done my research before crafting my lie in order to keep it accurate, as odd a statrment as that is.

What was the back story?

I go to Toronto every year or two to visit family. One such visit was right before Chicagomeet. On the way back to America, the person at the border booth (I'm not actually sure if these are customs agents) noticed that this Toronto trip was much shorter than usual and asked why. In my excitement, I accidentally slipped that I had a meetup with online friends coming up when I could've been relatively truthful without including the online part. So then I had to explain how I met these online friends.

The part about visiting Toronto for family every year or two is true. I didn't mean to trick N into thinking I attended Torontomeet, but it should be pretty easy to check that I didn't.
