The decision seems simple this time. icemanE must be aligned with the foe, and thus must be destroyed. He is brought to a sufficiently sacred place to destroy the demonic menace, and yet all the wards and blessings over it do nothing to cease his resistance. This time, though, it was because he had nothing supernatural with which to resist.

What townsfolk remain realize they have lost their power of numbers, as the palace doors swing open...

The townsfolk ascend to the palace, as the last bit of the sun is cast into shadow. The demons hold the force of majority now, though that one last bullet that fell from xyzzy's hand gives them some pause. It appears the tables have turned...

The group is silent but deadly today, and the decision is made quickly that Jaguar should be cast out from the town. She is one of the few citizens left.

As the Demon King's scepter turns toward him, windkirby realizes that he is out of time. His pistol is loaded just in case such a thing would come to pass. With a prayer, he takes aim, and fires at...

By process of elimination, the Demon King knows that windkirby must be the Hunter, and so recruits him automatically. Since windkirby must be the last town, he's got to take a shot, so we'll do this AITP-style and let him post it in thread.

Okay, well I have it narrowed down to Awesome Pants or Bogre..... or Darox... or armlx. Mmk.

I spent a good amount of time on the computer doing guesswork and theorizing, but the problem with a game so short is that it's difficult to analyze people when they've only posted about ten posts each.

I apologize to the dead townies who are going to lose if I'm wrong (which I probably am), but I think I'm going to go ahead and

Logically speaking, he's an inexperienced player (only one month), so why would someone recruit him? (Unless, shitterbug, it's WIFOM!) There are a few more crazy, completely insane reasons that I won't go into detail with once it is revealed that I am horribly, horribly wrong.

Second choice would be Awesome Pants, followed by Darox then armlx.

The setup still needs some tweaking, I think. This was the worst case scenario for the town, but it seemed like the cult's power to weight lynches against even the cultists was a little more than I'd expected.

Good game all, I really wasn't sure how to play it through and confused myself a few times thinking about whether I should be trying to act like a CR or a townie a few times.

It's interesting that windkirby found armlx the least likely to be the DK.. I actually though he might be the first choice which is why I didn't vote for him. If I had of known that he didn't seem suspicious to WK then I probably would have hammered. Why did you find me the second most suspicious WK?

Thanks for modding to Norinel, it was quite a fun and unique setup to play! It'd be good to see it run again.

Why recruit Bogre N3 Awesome?

Well I figured that you and Darox would assume that your cult buddy was on the iceman wagon, but wouldn't be totally sure which of the two it was so you might be hesitant to suggest lynching from there (but rather choose Jaguar or WK) so I thought that Bogre was the best play. Who would've you chosen?

I was the least likely to be the DK as a known cultist voted for me (Darox) and I had been so vocal all game.

Ah, damn my hyperanalyzing! That's what my gut was telling me, I swear! What probably sucks the most is that if I hadn't mistaken "2006" for 2008, I probably would have gone ahead and shot Awesome. Dang...

Anyway, mod, this was a REALLY fun game. Seriously! I really enjoyed it, so congrats on a great setup.
