Do you really think a SK who claims vigilante on D1 in a 50 player game is going to live long enough to be a problem? At best he'll shoot scum, at worst we lynch him later if it becomes clear he is playing like a serial killer.
Vig is a claim that proves he is not mafia. And last time i checked, we've still got 12 scum to find versus just one SK.

Also another thing to consider. If Black Ranger is scum faking the claim by making himself look like a town PR, then the other scum team will probably waste their PR's trying to roleblock him. Meanwhile we probably have like 4-6 cops to double check if he's genuine.
