If whoever gets it doesn't have an action, they get $1. If they do have an action, it becomes a strongman action that night. I die after using the ability twice, and will be using the ability tonight and tomorrow night.

Not quite. I'm making someone strongman for the night. They can't save it for later and I'm not telling you who it is so the scumteam can't choose who kills based on the knowledge. If there's a scum rb, it fucks with their action, but otherwise it's a simple fruit vendor in essence.
