Ok yeah Norwe voted Saudade for a bit before voting me. So Norwe is Town unless the team is exactly Fire, Popo, and Norwe.

NorwegianboyEE treated all of Profi, Saudade, and myself in the same way. Before that they were on Profii and asking others to lynch Profii as well iirc, and I don’t think Saudade and I get the same treatment from Norwe if Norwe is scum with Saudade. We both got voted because Norwe didn’t like our responseS to the callout.

I'm going to have to chew on this for a while. I tend to think that scum is super sophisticated and will treat scum and town equally but maybe sometimes they don't.

One scumtell I known of is when scum give short paragraphs scumreading 3 different slots and voting one of the Townies. It’s a soft distancing tactic but Norwe was taking harder stances on all of us.

The only power town has left is in you and me. You have I both have the potential to disrupt a NK and also to get a soft guilty by jailkeeping the scum committing an NK. When the number of scum goes down, our power becomes ever greater. Your role is slighly more powerful than mine in that the targets you can choose to disrupt scum with his higher - you can target town or scum to disrupt scum, I can only target scum.

That’s true. I keep thinking you’re also Jailkeeper and seeing our utility as almost strictly keeping the Mason alive longer. And because of the Odd/Even Night stuff I was expecting the kill order to be me, you, Churros.

That's why if scum have a roleblocker then if we lynch that slot we are golden. They have to target whichever of us is coming up with our power next night and they might miss because the one of us currently using our power could disrupt it. Especially for a night like tonight. If they have no rb because they never had one (townsided design) or we lynch it, then tonight you could protect me and they couldn't NK and tomorrow I could protect you so they couldn't NK you. And them knowing that means they might just target someone else, and us knowing that means we could also target someone else to disrupt that kill. It becomes WIFOM hell for them with the chance that we disrupt.

pedit: Well said Alchemist, I have heard that 'rule of three' before too. And I have used it as scum, there seems to be a natural temptation to provide three alternatives and to put 1 scum and 2 town in. Not every time of course but there is a trend.

I was not told I was blocked, roleblockers aren't told shit, but Churros wasn't told he got No Result (right Churros?) therefore he wasn't blocked, therefore my blocking action did nothing, therefore I was interfered with, most natural conclusion is, I was blocked. No one else claimed to have such a power, except FB who has already recanted, therefore scum have that power, alternately some town player is lying, but I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT given that the way claims happened we kind of naturally discovered the game theme which is split roles for town.

Alchs content is good but his claim came out of no where and I kind of don't like it at all, which actually makes Fire look a lot better IMO.

think about firebringer claiming the roleblock from the perspective of a vt for the purpose of drawing a nightkill, he states this as the reason for his fake claim here

scum did the roleblock, they know his claim is fake, no nk bait, scum possibly counterclaims, firebringer gets lynched and flips VT

town did the roleblock, and he gets counterclaimed and outs a PR
