I prefer being cautious with my voting - just a playstyle thing. Besides, Bella is at E-1. They haven't roleclaimed. I guess I may start the pressure on you soon.

Yes, I realise associative tells only work after we flip one scum. I am assuming they are scum to push the Andres / Bella world. Your defense was more than a little convincing, though.

No, having some irl stuff (car broke (total loss not worth fixing) while out of town visiting family, so trying to get that sorted first). Should be able to catch up tonight and Monday but I've read every new post.

I've not read, be here tomorrow, but im still at l-1? And at least one of our ses thinks that a wagon that got to e-1 in a few pages and then stalled is super pro town? Ace.

Am I being asked to claim?

and the surrounding posts from bell are...strange. if I remember right, I was being scum read for having a light town read on our? But then bell comes along and is like ....oh no, actually, a light town read is fine.

I can't get my head around the bell slot at all. A lot of their posting looks like iioa

Andres asking people why they hasn't voted me when I'm at l-1 is weirdly reassuring. I keep wanting to scum read them and keep circling back to they wouldn't be behaving like this as scum.

What makes this behaviour unlikely for scum to you?

I'm almost 100% confident in ns town, and as he said we are friends and have played many times together.

Really? Just based on playstyle he's my biggest scumread. What makes you think he's town?

I'm not sure I understand the angle you're coming from. before I answer, are you looking for clarification to strengthen a weak read of yours, or expecting more of an argument-style response?

Best to claim at E-1. I think there has been intent to hammer, though I'm not sure about this.

IMO the Bell slot is pretty town here. They have a townie mindset, and what is iioa? Their posting is open, flexible and spontaneous. They seem open to new suspects and they are my most solid townread here. They changed their read on Our, and I don't see that as AI.

Information over analysis. (IIOA) It's considered scummy because it's like writing down a summary of events without drawing conclusions. It's considered poor scum hunting indicative of weak mafia players that can't really fake perspectives or analysis.

Can someone who’s not biased explain that playstyle reads aren’t usually effective at finding scum please

Okay. I'll bite.
Playstyle, said differently, is how someone decides they want to play the game of mafia.
There are many different reasons someone may use a particular style of play. For example, someone who does not particularly like to argue may only come around to post once other players have posted to share their conclusions but rarely engage with other players. Rather than because they're watching and waiting as scum. Coincidentally this gives them an excuse to do just that when they are scum. Win-win really.

Just because Notscience may prefer not to lead doesn't mean he's scum.

caught up finally

throwing out my thoughts while reading the past threads

NS still feels like scum and is my biggest scumread
-throwing out playstyle, I still have a gut feeling
about NS, and they hammer themselves. This to me feels like reverse psychology; if your maf, approving of these townreads against you seem suspicious; asking for people to hesitate on townreads vs you is a sort of hammer but I think most people would take that as a sign of being town. Like IV said in 454, he feels too towny to be town

I feel like IV has been maybe pocketing NS but idk for sure, probably just hammering as VT. i wouldnt vote for IV

walter feels kind of towny

IV was a vt huh, guess my impression was spot on

also not gonna look at andres or IVs past games I dislike that kind of thing. he seems really agressive though so im thinking hes town

dang walter dead sucks, not great day/night 1

i don't think looking at partner interactions will help, until we flip 1 maf. a partner interaction could also just be pocketing

leaning towards shelly being scum but very weak read

my feeling at NS being scum has only grown reading more

i don't know what to make of bel

bell (the replacement with snoopy pfp) feels townie to me

agree with Andres on 808, honestly if i wasn't replacing nash i'd vote him too, if nothing else but to prod him

andre also seems to really only show up near the end which is kind of a scum sign

leaning on bulge being town

as scum as this sounds, im hesitant to wagon with 2 dead townies (1 pr) when i have a strong gut maf read against notscience that will be hard to change until they flip. And if they do flip town, I will be incredibly shocked to the point I'll probably not push much at all for the rest of the game, except for joining wagons. i know that sounds scummy to say but i'm willing to take the risk if a NS wagon starts.

lol at NS on 874, as thats pretty much what im doing

andres and the bulge feel too scummy to actually be maf so im leaning towards them being town

hope i do this right
