We don't necessarily have three new innos though, if they checked a player that died N2 or N3, we don't have full solve.

Also, not everyone has posted yet so how would we know tracker has an inno and not a guilty?

Think of it like this then. The hider and Tracker are confirmed obviously cuz 1 scum can't CC them anyway, and they just need 2 confirms. Honestly if the Hider has 2 it's already solved.
