Why would VPB claim they got a message when they didn’t as Scum? Like why would they purposefully clear you AND reveal themselves to be Scum to you exactly? It’s completely nonsensical.

I very clearly was pushing like I was Loyal yesterday.

Nobody in their right mind would claim that they received a message from you (confirming you as Town) when you didn’t. Town would never lie about that (because, why? Unless they were absolutely certain you were Town), and Scum CERTAINLY would never lie about that (because that’s plain idiotic).

I’m pretty sure I have won a scum game because I correctly guessed before where if I hadn’t claimed it, I’d have been caught out.

Sure, it wasn’t 100%, but there was a possibility, and I’ve done gambits like that that have even less possibility, and will continue to do so. Keeps scum on their toes.

Koba appeared to soft that they had sent me a message. Go back and read it. They are hard claimed to be a Simple Mailman who messaged Marky Mark, who has now revealed to be a PR and most likely Watcher or Voyeur or whatever the role is that sees what happens to someone that is targeted. FL says he implied Loyal modifier, meaning only town would receive his message. He came out today asking me first if I received a message, as I obviously look scummy with the flips.
