My vote is less about ffery being town and more about Cabd being scum. Back when ffery and I were sorting each other on page 10 or so he hopped in a couple times to egg ffery into scumreading me, or at least prevent us from townreading each other. Now, he's done it again, except with bork and ffery. Me too a bit, but the primary interaction was between ffery and bork. I should have known after all that pantomime sighing about never drawing a red PM.

It's not about a meta trajectory so much as it is what he'd find challenging and enjoyable as scum in a player list like this one. from morphtalk, etc., this game hits just about all the markers he's talked about wanting in a scum game. The only limitations are the normal setup rules themselves.

Maybe I'm catastrophically wrong here. If I am, maybe I'll realize it eventually.

yeah ok i wasn't entirely making things up out of thin air - ben has a p decent scumgame and i think he's capable of playing/sounding better as scum, and cares enough to too

Meta is garbage. Maybe he had dynamic buddies - or maybe the opposite? Maybe he doesn't feel like putting in the effort in this game that is a year later than this example?

idk. that was a tricky game for scum to navigate and i believe he's capable of putting up a better showing as scum than he has here thus far
