Because I don't think scum will have that much of a natural, instinctive, visceral reaction to Battle Mage, and think that pushing BM is a good idea. It doesn't seem to work as a strategy if BM is town and while it's plausible as a strat if BM is scum and this is distancing, it doesn't seem particularly probable.

Isn't the natural instinctive reaction to BM annoyance and a vote.

I felt like Norwe had kinship with BM and always getting voted and that's why they seemed on good terms or at least, my fan fiction team is furiously drafting that story in my head as to how they know each other and why they like each other.

Tbf i’m having a weird love-hate relationship with BM. In my first game with him i absolutely despised the guy and insulted him in every way possible. And i still do, but somehow i’ve also kinda warmed up to him and find them really endearing at times.
I think i’m tsundere.

I think Mastina and I just don't think about people in the same way.
Maybe she deserves that self-confidence because she's played mafia for so long. I haven't played for nearly that long but her understanding and opinions always just kind of ping me as not making sense about people and my own impressions of them.
