But he definitely talked past me and kind of wound up discussing something not all that relevant.

I think pooky is mafia and caught him off of something I feel is similar from last game but we're just gonna cut this angle right now just so we can see if something changes.

I still don't feel satisfied with the main wagons.

The closest I have to scumreading one is

Murder

but they're showing a self-awareness that I don't think comes from scum often?

I've never been invested in the

case or reasons to sus them.

@Blitzo Iirc MCat called Pooky town but I’d like him to define that read more before I’m entirely good on it. Keep in mind MCat was right about Pooky and so we’re you that game, so the fact your reads on Pooky differ is intriguing. Not a sign one of you is scum yet, but it could be.

Taly pls compare this game to Open 800 and Xenoblade 2 Mafia (or any other town game of his that’s recent)
I think you’ll find his behaviors are more fitting to the scum game than whatever towngame you look at.

I think Pooky is town because Pooky is opening closer to Death Curse Pooky than to 2170 Pooky. I was right about Pooky early D1 both games but my read on Pooky wavered (badly) later in Death Curse. I think I have an ok read on him now having played with him where he is town and scum. I guess I can quote posts and stuff if you like, but it's mostly tonal.

I wasn’t intending to make it personal. As I said, he started on that path by commenting along those lines. I did intend to bring that meta in but not as a means to slander him, merely to draw comparison to his scum game and town game and compare/contrast this to those. I was pretty much over my grudge by the time Xenoblade 2 ended, you can tell in my resigned tone in some of what I said. I still feel like there’s room for him to improve but between knowing where the line between his town and scum game seems to be and having seen him do well in Xenoblade 2, I’m not in a murderlust mood about that. So no, my opinion is not “tainted by personal issues”, and I’m concerned you’re jumping to that conclusion.

@Cakez, I already talked about how no eliminating was probably leading to people half-assing reads and votes. Making it harder for town to solve. So I asked people to decide so that it stopped.
Decision was that we were gunna eliminate someone today and we are going to stick to that.
