you guys really need to actually think about motivations in this game if you want to get the right answer.

Does Pooky want 1v1 vs Peta, or does Peta want 1v1 vs Pooky.

Because IT ONLY MAKES SENSE for ONE OF US to want this 1v1.

like ill be perfectly honest here, I had no idea Peta was scum or what was going on coming into today. I've been kind of detached from this game cuz I'm a child and I needed to hide my existence in case I was the one who needed to hide.

If I'm mafia and peta's the child, I just wake up and let him claim and become IC, try to win vs Blade/Titus. It's 1/3 and Peta's pretty good.

I'm not mafia, I am the actual child, so I have NO CHOICE about counter-claiming him. It is my duty to claim my actual role in this case.

It makes 0 sense for me to claim and force 1v1 vs Peta when I can just mingle with Mathblade/Titus and make town take a 1 in 3 shot in us:

like Peta said: "so in terms of likelihood to be scum i'd go titus>pooky>math>cakez" I wasn't even #1 on the IC's list. I can just push titus.

The only world in which this play from me makes sense is if I'm the actual child and I don't have a choice.


Now look at Peta. Think about his play if he's the lone mafia and he KNOWS Pooky is the child and is also suspected by Mathblade as scum all game.

It makes total sense for him to open strong, claim child, force me to CC him, and then push me out with mathblade helping, ESPECIALLY SINCE MATHBLADE HAS BEEN TUNNELED ON ME ALL GAME LIKE FREAKING ROBOT GOING "KILL POOKY" "KILL POOKY" etc etc.

So please for once in your life EVALUATE the MOTIVATION behind the choices in each universe.

Like this isn't how I play scum. I do not randomly CC the strongest player on the townside at LYLO on some lark when the game state is tilted against me to begin with. I fade into the crowd and let someone else get killed in the 1/3.

I have to go hard CC because I am the actual child - I do not have a choice. This is what Peta-scum wanted. He wanted a 1v1 against me but he couldn't realistically do it today WITHOUT claiming child.

i mean ive seen you fuck around and fluff as scum and if your attitude is the game doesnt count it makes perfect sense in that regard that youre not going to go all out for a game when after it means the slate gets wiped clean and people are going to be looking out for you more
