The key event that felt like that to me was your interaction with superbowl waaaaaaaaaaay in the beginning of the game; your reason for pushing him didnt entirely feel real. At the very least i'm very, very confident that interaction wasnt svs, and i'm less confident but i also didnt really vibe tvt, and i'm townreading him.

And this loop thing also sort of feels like that to me

I think pooky is scum for reasons that i went into earlier today; I still pretty much think that.

I went into today thinking skitter was scum - I don't like just her role even existing and I am townreading people that might be foils to that role, but honestly every time I interact w/ her she ends up changing my mind (e.g initially I thought 4209 seemed overly simplified and flat but I think she explained the thought process pretty well; I think w/o being a full blown watcher I'd probably be townreading skitter pretty hard

ffery thinks gamma is scum, and I did early on but I'm kinda lost, I think some posts like 4178 seem like pretty proper town paranoia to me

what about peta? he's seemed pretty good overall and I was kind of taken by surprise by HP's indictment of them in the other thread.

midway has seemed town to me mostly until his jump on FL, but I think the way he is engaging you on us seems town to me

Let's start here and I realize these are kinda some broad strokes; I'm trying to reassess/reread some stuff in the meantime

I mean the shot was fake and it wasn't intended for you to feel as if it was real.

The point was the reactions generated from Deacon's slot and Dandelion's slot.

So I understand why that feels over the top and fake, but that was kind of the point. It was real for them, not for you.

Now, the emotional response I'm having to what Deacon said I can assure you is very real and I assume you're not talking about that but if you are this is your liek, one notice that I am an emotional person and player and this is how I play and like, if you don't think that's real that's fine I'm not gonna convince you but there's enough evidence you should be able to find that.

The superbowl thing is not mine. More or less, what happened there was I had a scumread on the slot and they poked me in a weird and hard way, yeah? so I was like, kay, lemme try and play up to this, get a read on them. It wasn't meant for others, just for me to get a read on that slot. I do a lot of moves in this game for others to see things and spread info, but sometimes, especially early, I'm just looking to solidify my OWN reads.

By the end of that interaction I was sold Superbowl was more likely town than not, and kept an eye on him to make sure it wasn't a one time wonder and he would go back to beign scummy.

He didn't and kept being townie, so I flipped by read. Read progression like that is important.

So, like, I don't wanna be that girl who is like "this is my playstyle you don't know me" but there is a lot of how I play in big acts of emotion and big posts and flashy things... and using the denoument, the results of those actions, to develop my reads.

Maybe you're reading the kind of forced nature of me creating those opportunities or the theatricality of it that is kind of necessary, cause you need to sort of play a part to create the reactions you're looking for, then settle back to normal to kind of... parse them. Right?

Maybe that's what you're reading?

That's all I can tell you about the hows and whys of what I've done this game to generate reads. It's always poking the bear with the stick and seeing what comes of it.

I was furious with you because I believed you had dayviged Dandelion Wine. I'm still furious. I DON'T NEED THIS SHIT right now. And I don't see how you and I in this game get past what you've done because I'm a fucking wreck over it. At some point I'll sleep for 12 hours and maybe have my head on straight again.

When Cabd gets back we'll see how Dandelion heads feel about our being more transparent about some stuff.

You're pissed about our metaphor talk, but you don't seem to get that it was mostly a one-way convo with Cabd telling me stuff and me echoing/confirming I understood him.

Once we flip, whenever that happens, then take a long look at Firebringer's posts during this. I've been townreading him as laughably wrong town since fairly early day 1, but I feel like there's some opportunism in his play around this debacle.

Midway scum for a lot of their progressions on people, but that convo I had with them is making me :thinking emoji: so I'm gonna pause on them for the moment.
