I think the key source of Noraa’s post count is the fact she is responding to everything on its own. I’d suggest she start having multiple quote+responses in a post, that way she can say the same amount of stuff in less posts

I was complaining about norra being excessively spammy. You encouraged her spam while telling me to lay off. I say "this is ridiculous" you respond with "thats a you problem" me "sounds like you just want to start a fight" then you go "well i have no awareness of what this conflict is other than you are mad about something".
