- The scum treestump drafts a player.
- The moderator(s) then determine two players who cannot be scum.
- The scum drafter picks again.
- Two more get removed.
- This continues until the scum team is filed.

So my first thoughts are Hectic's most obvious choices for the scum team would have been Ydrasse, Hopkirk, Skitter.
