It doesnt seem that cut and dry to me. If unwnd is scum and also not really a bloodhound here, then I would guess he was an eliminator which I wouldn't care about at all.

Unwnd could be a lyncher. He could be factional scum. He could be cult. His win condition is being served by securing the lynch via getting Bell killed then trying to talk his way out of it later.
