Kitty claimed just Cop who finds "Guilty" or "Not Guilty", not rolecop. Cop is useless for mafia. Rolecop is not.

huh, i know that thing, that it is convinient for mafia to claim like pr in dangerous situations, especially when they almost have no choice.
