I think my PoE pool is pretty accurate, and there is likely 1 scum on and 1 scum off the wagon.

I also believe the commuter enabler did not activate a town commuter, or one of the stumps would have vetoed the hammer as the claim was for commuter.

Scum most likely did not bus until the lim became inevitable.
