revealing your role, could you tell us:

(a) if you know the effect your action has?
(b) what the penalty is if you claim your role (loss of night action? modkill?)
(c) in general terms, why you targeted the people you did (did you find them scummy? pro-town? or some other reason?)

a) I don't know what happens to my targets or what my action does.
b) Are there penalties for claiming roles? Didn't know that. I can claim, but when you don't know what your ability does, it isn't useful. If armlx say that I may summarize my PM here, then I can tell you a bit.
c) First night was Gorrad, but I don't know why Hypatia targeted him.
N2 was AP randomly chosen by armlx.
N3 again AP as I suspected him the most as you could see day 3.
N4 was the turn of DR. I was thinking that perhaps it had something to do with scum. That's why I targeted someone else. Perhaps something would happen if the allignment was different then that of the other targets. But I was blocked so I don't know if this is true.

Why don't you want AP to claim? We're at mylo. One wrong lynch could mean the end. If AP has innocents, I want to hear it from him. The same for DR. Besides, if you don't want him NK due to his role after AP stated it, you could always use your ability to save him, right?

Yeah, but how does gravity tie into your seemingly random role? Like the flavour behind imaginalities jailer role was that he turned his target into a gas. I really doubt that you role PM is just 'You're gravity. You have a role and you don't know what it does'.

The second and third are easy to explain. I can't tell my role as I don't know what it is. The first one was for another reason, which I can't tell.

But to explain the third one better. I was saying that I can't claim as I don't know my role. But apparently, you and imaginality read it as 'I can't claim as my role forbids it'. This isn't the case.

It says: You're gravity. Each night you MUST choose a target. You don't know what it does. If you don't choose a target, I (armlx) will choose randomly for you.

If it's true that you don't know what your action does, Ku_F, I'm wondering why Hypatia was so sure Gorrad was town, it seemed like she must have had some extra knowledge to state it so strongly.

I can only guess about that reason. I think it has to do with dahill1's ability.
See, when I got my role, it said that I got an extra vote during day 2. As I didn't know and hypatia didn't know as well that this was due to someone's role, I can only assume that she thought she got it due to her role.

This is the only thing I can think of why she would say this.

You sir, didn't do your homework. I've explained A LOT why I was against a massclaim. I said a plain NO because it was pointless torepeat all over again.

Ku_F, I hope you keep in mind you are organizing a massclaim of roles and targets without claiming your own role and targets.

In my opinion, a mass claim is detrimental to town, except on lynch or lose. So I'm not willing to help unless you convince me we are on lylo.

I say it's detrimental to town because massclaims are considered bad for the game and any decent mod will be prepared for them (normally providing fake claims to mafia). Townies won't catch scum, but scum will know the best roles to pick for nightkills.

I say unless on lylo because lylo is a desperate situation and any piece of information may help.

I think if you really wanted a mass claim you should have started by your own role. By making sure you are the last I get the impression you want information to build your own fake claim.

Also that quote you used, wasn't aimed at you. DR was suggesting that I was waiting with claiming to fake claim. However, you and DR are the only ones who haven't told the night targets yet, which means that if we have 3 scum,

I think there is still important information we can give away to mafia if we do so.
I think we should only claim if our actions could have influenced the Gorrad/Gurgi situation in any way. If nobody did we can consider we had no nightkill because Gorrad blocked Gurgi.

I claim I had no action that interfered with Gorrad's block. Let's see if AP or Ku_F did.
