As a guy that has barriers to communication myself, i am a bit sensitive when it comes to others who have similar struggles, whether that be ESL, Autism, age difference, or what have you.

I think Enchant is attracting votes due to a breakdown in communication. When I can draw answers out, they add up better than my initial impressions of his posting.
