Odd Night Traffic Analyst Even Night Neighbor Finder

So, you find someone who can communicate at one night and then wait to verify then as Neighbours on the second? A 2-step investigation on the same slot, that can still get a false positive on -say- a Mailman or a Friendly Neighbour?

I dunno if I personally would think of such a role, but I don't know if I want it to get eliminated either. I think Scum will have to deal with that soon enough if that's a Town role.

On Odd Nights I can check if someone is able to communicate with someone else, then on Even Nights I can check to see if someone is a Neighbor.
