Yes, anyone you confuse will be told that they were confused (and what confusion does) at the start of the following night, regardless of if they have any active abilities they can use.

I feel like lots of people having 1/2-shot PRs is pretty powerful compared with fewer PRs but unlimited shots.

Ironically if I had used Confuse on you then I would be limmed for trying to NK you and it would have gotten you through a few more days maybe.
