i am a town vanilla cop.
i scanned wiki on n1. i got a vanilla result.i didn't really crumb my role, but i did semi-soft it in 2268 when i commented how i think it's likely scum will all be goons. i figured the town is gonna be filled with power roles and scum will be very weak (due to this being a 4v9) and that it would make sense for me to be able to find them.
i scanned wiki because he repeated god knows how many times that he is an important power role on d1. and since this isn't exactly a setup that can be won via setup specc (so i can't count on him resolving himself), and since i was guessing there's gonna be vanilla scum, i can figure out if he's lying. he turned up vanilla. i thought he's a mafia goon. i *tried* to not make it super obvious i have a guilty with "i can maybe see wiki being town" (since last game when i had a guilty on n1, i played it super obviously and scum figured me out pretty quickly), but i was running him up to claim. this is also why i was like "where did he claim vt" when enchant brought it up, i wondered if i missed something.
obviously, this is also why i was super pissed off at the start of today.
before you ask, no, i'm not claiming my n2 result yet. if we end up massclaiming today, it can catch someone in a lie. (less likely it will now that i've outed it, but still.) if we're not, it can give scum knowledge on who is or isn't a power role.
