First off,
my biological father was abusive. he left when I was about 3. As a teenager I examined that abandonment. I used to get angry a lot. I also thought I didn't want to be like my father. I stopped insulting Sircakez because I got that bubbly sensation of being mad, everyone experiences anger differently, but my ears burn, my eyes widen, and I feel like a bottle of pure acid is coming up from my throat and I am about to say or do something that I should not do. I do not like how my anger makes me feel both during being angry and in the aftermath of that anger. I used to throw tantrums a lot as a kiddo.

I'm not insulting Sircakez by saying he's going to feel bad if he picks wrong and that I think he is currently not great at mafia based on my observations of him this game. A lot of your analysis falls into the pointing out the obvious and pretending that I'm actually being secretly manipulative. When I know exactly what I'm doing and know that I am just tantruming and saying whatever I think will make Sircakez change his mind because I don't like it when I don't get my way. It's not a great thing. That's not really AtE though. That's an honest assessment of my behavior and why I stopped that and deleted most of those posts before they came out. I've gotten genuinely mad a lot this game. It's a part of caring. But I don't like it.

But ultimately the positive and negative reinforcement thing is what you should focus on.
