No. I don’t mean to say that town are more or less likely to omgus, just that it’s close to NAI unless you get into specifics, but even then it gets hazy pretty quick when it’s all based on supposition.

Bell, think back to all the time we have spent in Death Curse and in D&D.

Thinking of all that? Good.

Name one time it struck you that I'm a particularly intelligent person. No, the eureka Death Curse midgame doesn't count, I was just wielding great power and sussing out one solitary manipulation tactic.

How long did it take you to think of that?

What if I told you it's all a fantasy and you're bullshitting yourself? That the cackling moron who throws an axe at a dragon is who I really am?

Honestly, I'm baffled no one realized it before now.

But I don’t have a face to watch.
I have nothing to react to. I just wanted you to talk because shrike requires me to tamp down on my emotions because feelings and judgment are sort of automatic and I have to undo that.

You’ve not really been on the defensive and in general i Don’t think you go on the defensive Dunnstral.
My experience with you being pushed is largely “what have I done that’s scummy, there’s barely anything there!”
And watching people stutter because yes, but isn’t that an issue?
And no, it’s not really an issue but the defense itself doesn’t really help me read you. I’m not even sure what does help me read you since I think we’re (previous to perhaps this game) always ended up with you being town.

I think the biggest difference for scum!Dunn is he is more picky about things, but he's pretty nitpickey as both alignments. At least, that's my impression from my experience with him.

Bell. You're telling me these things as if they're supposed to make something click into place. Let me be abundantly clear: If you shake me, my head rattles. There is no realization coming.

I do not understand what you are telling me or why it matters. I'm hoping for that rare moment the light clicks on and I understand what all the stuff I've been stubbing my toes on was. I have no plan but to make you fail to comprehend my own incomprehension until such time as either I townread you or you decide there is actually nothing going on in this head of mine and you can barely convince me of the simplest things if you hold my hand and walk me through it.

I get triggered because I don’t like being miseliminated because of powerlessness and depression and all that good stuff.
Not that I don’t lean into it when I’m scum though I’ve tried to move away from it.

because i really don't feel like engaging in a 1:1 with a person who I think is prob town, but I'm trying to stop her from trying to deathtunnel me before she dies
I would hope that her read on you is not entirely predicated on your read on her
Here's the problem I have with Adante. I have played with her in three games. Two completed games were she was scum in both & now she's here. I'm feeling her posting is very different from the two games where she was scum in. Due to that I'm gut townbinning her.

She got mad at me for my first post in D2. Where she said "Omg plot twist: we are all town". In which I replied, "wet dream". That's so far the stance she is taking initially to vote me, which when later called against it she reported it was a joke, but then I started to scum read her based off lack of content. Then she seemed to get annoyed with my comment of "I'm more obv town than you". Now from there she's scum reading me and trying to use my lack of content against me.

So far today I think I have been pretty decent in remaining active, voicing my concerns and being able to get a decent read on me.

It's just the basis of this scum read feels weird + her white knighting the shit out of ircher. I still gut think she's town, but I'm so done with her tunnel because she's wrong and I rather engage and sort it out now.
No matter how high the stakes, sooner or later you're just gonna have to go with your gut.
And maybe, just maybe, that'll take you right where you were supposed to be.

Nope. Not ringing any bells. Oh well. I'm letting Shrike take back over now that chocolate pudding and ginger ale has faded into heartburn and gassiness. (I have earned the right to indulge without regret for today.) Byebye.
