From what we can see of the Warrior and Mage trees, the Mage tree seems to be strictly inferior to Warrior for the town. Not taking into account their hidden abilities, or any roles which may incline people towards picking made for other reasons.

Anyone want to claim to be going for Mage tree and becoming a miller?

I would be intrigued as to what "1-shot miller" actually means because it could be miller for 1 night or it could be miller until the first person cop checks. If anyone does go down that route I would like clarification on that asap

At any rate, announcing it may be a good idea, but I would like to point out that I don't think there's anything stopping you from saving up 2 or more experience and buying both the miller and the doctor simultaneously.

Going to be hard for mafia to kill anybody. Any strongman type abilities would likely be limited.

I would like to state my role as it is is not great but I expect it to be by design, where getting hit with an engineer would assist me rather substantially. As such, I would like to have one used on me earlier rather than later.

In addition, I feel like my skillset makes sense to my flavor, if not to my role.

Eh, my role's deserved--it's a tradition for me to submit trollish picks in Ginngie games and for Ginngie to then punish me for having done so. I do need to constantly say I am town (because I am in fact town), but the role itself is quite good imo.
