Though, still not confident on Pooky. They automatically assumed scum tried to kill them N1, but they should have been aware enough of the set up to know that it wasn't necessarily the case that mafia submitted a kill.
Did we ever find out if mafia even could submit a kill N1, assuming given what we know about Catboi.

My set up understanding is garbage.

So the mafia could submit an NK, but they didn't have to, if VP baltar is town they couldn't have gone for two. They had one shot and it sounds like they could use it whenever they'd like.
Didn't see much from Pooky day 1 that would instigate a shot there.
