Dats has fooled me before, but I feel pretty safe calling him town. I don't think some of his hood interactions would be super easy to fake with me, though you never know with his tricksy self.

if the viable scum teams are prism/ceph and prism/baltar you always flip prism first because if you miss on the partner there is a good chance you lose thread control and never get it back.

I am actually paranoid on a number of interactions between the two of them. I think flipping Prism first is still the best course of action.
