Ok let me rephrase that: she cares about the impending flip. Quite a lot even, she's gone through a whole range of emotions up and down in the last few days, up to and including being exasperated and losing patience like at least twice

However: she's not taking critical action imo to prevent this from happening. This is the differentiator between town and scum imo. Scum would be trying more to make this not happen

And what i meant by swing voters: the people on neither her nor vpb's wagon. She's not appealing to them. She knows how to count, they're critical players in getting to 5 either way.

re: 2072 my feelings have come and gone, but there is a more complicated middle ground ATM of wanting this to be over/being sick of this, with some hope that maybe we really can swing outside.

I had a few posts on it not being game losing on me earlier, and still think of all wrong elims I am probably the best to happen, but I think Baltar is flailing as scum and that vote will always be better than my own. If we can get it, we should do so.
