I hate to do this but the inactivity of players, we have three people that need to be replaced, the complex nature of this game with me dealing with grad school. also starting later this month i will be in washington dc in a competition so with me preparing for it and then the whole month ill be there will make modding this game impossible.

normally people would ask their backup mods to take over. but since its my baby and from what ive observed the players dont really care either. one person told me that they would not bother posting unless it was to vote.

if there is some serious objections to it i will call the game, we all know what player was going to conquer the world. the only question was that person scum or not. ill give you all three days to plead for the game to continue.

i understand if there is no interest, inhim warned me about it a month ago. i decided to keep going because i was stubborn. now that i have big school assignments/trips coming up i have less motivation. not to mention we have confirmed that kast was going to win since he was able to repeal attacks in back to back rounds

Reiterate existing note to self: Never play in Risk game where only one attack can be made a turn.

... says the guy who has done nothing about it. Seriously, if other people don't build up alternate power bases, Kast pretty much wins by default.
Hi Kast scum partner.

@GC-
He didn't say who was on which team...he just said that Kast and Budja have more than one attack per turn (by virtue of playing the game and collecting a lot of territories).

@Raj-
Thanks for running the game. I think the super long days really killed interest from those who actually wanted to play initially. If you run it again, I'd suggest having an unknown number of solo players (so we don't have solo claim = confirmed player), and possibly two mafias (or a mason pair in the town).

Also, shorter time limits on days and shorter nights. Perhaps change so that town can choose to lynch a player (eliminating them from game and turning their territories into neutrals) or play the game. If they choose to play the game, nobody gets lynched, but each person can take their normal RISK turn.

@Monkeyman-
I think you didn't play to your win condition at all this game. You suicidally gunned for me the entire game regardless of what the board position was. Maybe part of it was you didn't understand your win condition and thought you needed lots of territories?

@Kinetic-
You're like MVP of mafia team. I strongly suggest NOT lying and ADMITTING your mistakes to the town. Otherwise you make it very easy for scum to catch your lies and show them to the town, resulting an a mislynch without any backlash against the scum.

You were also really easy to manipulate. Early game when Slicey didn't know what to do, you also weren't sure. It was easy to propose his ideal strategy and then say that the opposite was a bad strategy, and you automatically jumped to defending the terrible strategy just to contradict my suggestion. Thanks, wouldn't have been possible without you.

@Kieraen-
GG, if you didn't disappear halfway through, you'd probably have taken Europe.

@Budja-
Slower start than Kieraen, but looks like you may have had a good shot at Africa near the end.

@TDC and Xtoxm-
You guys seemed like the most reasonable/long term dangerous players but I think the super long days combined with fellow townies who essentially decided to not play doomed your team.

Roles:
Capital Risk (SK), AshKetchummm (Blue), Capture all capitals to win the game. (aka eliminate all other players)
Secret Mission Risk (Lyncher), fuzzylightning (Purple) Eliminate PookyTheMagicalBear (Yellow). (Once you achieve your goal you can leave the game happy, the game will continue, it will be your choice to continue to play and win again or to leave the game giving up all your territories)

Secret Mission Risk (Survivor), MonkeyMan576 (Turquoise), Conquer twenty-four territories, or conquer any eighteen territories but maintaining at least two troops in each. (aka survive to the end game)
Choke Point Alliance (Mafia): Kast (Gray) and Budja (Green) You and your partner use your alliance to take territories and hold them by using choke points in the game (i.e. Holding Iceland to keep North America), you win when your alliance prevails.
Risk Player (Townie), <color>, You want to enjoy a good clean game of risk. Your goal is to eliminate all players that play dirty (SK/Mafia)

At request of the backup/game reviewer i removed the SK and Lyncher. looking back i should have have the lyncher go after the survivor. would have been more balanced.

well if we kept the game going by the end of October, mafia would have captured Asia, Australia, and Africa. once that happened it would have been automatic. too bad monkey went after kast, because he could have been a third mafia.

For some reason, I had it in my head that Canary was scum as usual. He
wasn't?
As I move my vote
Towards your wagon, town is taking note
It fills my head up and gets louder and
LOUDER
Locked
