Oh, as I do in all my games, I'd like to remind everyone to make sure they read the rules carefully and fully. I do take the rules seriously, and if there's any confusion, I'm more than happy to answer questions, especially when the game is still in pre-game. As the game goes on further, my ability to answer questions becomes more limited as I become afraid my answers may influence the game in way that a mod should not.

This includes, say, rule 6 on conflicts between towns as well as the role pms, both of which could be confusing.

Agreed, minus the sarcasm. We're already the cooler and awesomer Universe; they're playing catchup with their strategy discussion. Plain old playing Mafia will win the day here.

Eh. From a strategic point of view, their plan makes sense. My only objection to it is that it kinda takes the fun and randomness out of the teleporter dynamic, though I guess only on odd nights.

In effect, it's like having two lynches. We could potentially win by the end of day 2.

From what I've read of the other universe, they aren't too quick to the uptake over there. Kind of stupid in general. Zoraster's system must have put all the crappy eggs in one basket by mistake. I doubt we need to worry about them sending over mafia, they'll probably pull one of ours in fact.

Well, that would require having a good idea of someone who's mafia, in which case we should be lynching that person instead of teleporting.

Then again, I can see the logic to that.

Our goal is to win this game, not the other and as long as we can scumhunt more effectively than the town from the other universe, a trade like that would benefit us.

It would also produce some healthy competition between the two towns and it would probably be more in the spirit of the game.

I'm really fine with either plan. We do have to get the other universe to agree to it though.
