Moderators, consider the reason why you post here. You want a player to take the place of another, and you want this as soon as possible. You need to advertise for players. So you make a post. This thread is all about me helping you. But I can't help you unless you help me, too. The following guidelines will make both our lives much easier.

Replaced NamesHowever, I'm not too picky about the way you format your posts, as long as it has the following info: the date you first requested replacements; the name and type of game you are running; the URL to the game thread (do not link this to anything, just post it as-is); your user ID, which can be found by typing out the digits immediately following 'u=' in your profile URL; the game status, including phase and number of pages; and the player being replaced. Using the formatting provided above is preferred, though.
If you don't provide information like game status, your user ID or link to PM, the game type and name, etc. don't expect me to go and find it for you. I'll post your request with only the information you provide for me. You're making it harder for potential replacements to find you.
When you find a replacement, quote your original post and type in something which clearly suggests that one has been found. You'll be PM'd by eager replacers until you do!
You can quote your original post, thereby bumping it, once three days have passed - and not prior.
And if you need to update your original post, quote it and then post the updated version underneath.
Finally, make sure a player is suitable for the job before accepting them. We don't want you back here asking for a replacement for that player, too!
