Just to clarify, you can't meta me, since I have only played in 1 newbie game which is still ongoing, but we all know that newbie games are boring sooooooo.... Unlike my predecessor, you'll see more of me around here.

Now here's what bugs me. "Traitor Mafia" + Blue Flip, would suggest two scum teams.

But we had one Smash Vig Kill + One kill. Supposing two Scum Teams + Smash Vig + possible SK, we should have 3-4 kills per night. We had two. So we either have doc(s), Jailkeeper(s), BPT(s), or NKImm SK/GF(s). (Also, The smash vig kill ignores all Protects/NKImm abilities, I asked)

It's possible that our Dead JK prevented an NK last night, but we can't ask them. :/

Unless, as Furry suggested, there is a scumteam that daykills during Twilight. It's not the only possibility but it's certainly just as possible.

The things here that I see as plain WRONG:
a) The traitor Mafia Godfather, that flipped blue doesn't necessarily mean that there are 2 mafia teams which cause at least 2 kills per night (excluding the SmashBall). The Traitor thing means that he doesn't know who the hell is in the mafia, he doesn't have a QT, therefore can't NK (this is what I understand after reading games that have Mafia Traitors in them.)
b) If there really were TWO MAFIA TEAMS, then wouldn't diddin flip as a "Blue Traitor Mafia GF"?
c) We have no way of finding out what we have and don't have until the end of Night 2.

stels, try reading the thread. it has already been established that traitor was his alignment, not his role. Which is a large part of why we think there are two mafias. As in, the traitor mafia, and then another mafia.

What I gathered from the mod ment that we have a mafia faction called the "Traitor Mafia". I have seen games with "Alpha Mafia and Beta Mafia" "Country X Mafia and Country Y Mafia" "Red Mafia and Blue Mafia". This just follows that pattern to me after clarification that diddin was a part of a faction and not a traitor that when recriuted had GF powers.

I do not think the Pikachu kill on SP was legitimate. Just that we have a certain faction that makes a kill at twilight.

Thinking harder though, there is a (very) small chance that this is single faction, and something wierd is going on with a few roles so I will

momentarily, although if a second faction ever becomes obvious, my vote is going straight back as kirby would far and away be the best bet for a member of a second group. Will probably revote MPR or vote Chrono soon.

If you think about it, a traitor GF doesn't make sense anyways. The only reason that you don't recruit a traitor is that they'll investigate guilty once you recruit them. Also, I would consider it almost certain that there are two factions. I've never been in a game this big with only one mafia.

If Traitor was a part of Diddin's role, I think it would have said, "Mafia Traitor Godfather". Besides how can you be the godfather and a traitor? Traitor sounds more like a title for the mafia group.

If Diddin was actually a Traitor then Kirby wouldn't have know that he was his buddy anyway, and if Traitor is just the title for the group then that implies multiple groups, so it would make sense for Kirby to be scum either way.

Stels makes a good point. I had forgotten that Pikachu had posted a kill on sociopath. Pikachu, are you responsible for that kill?

Chrono's speculation in 547 just seems off to me. For one thing, we actually had 3 kills that were not lynches, not 2. There's a very real possibility, and I'd say it's even probable, that frayed jailed town last Night.

It's possible that neither you nor Mafia killed Socio. I generally have a problem relying on flavor, but I think it said Socio, as G&W, stepped on a Motion Sensor Bomb or something...that kinda peaked my interest. But I never meant to imply that you final'd him.

Speaking for AGM, I think he meant "lynch vote" when he wrote kill. It's an unfortunate coincidence and if you think it's serious than you're not all that intelligent.

SETUP SPECULATION HERE:

2 mafia groups - Traitor Mafia (people like Luigi, normally "good" characters who make up a mafia faction) and maybe some sort of "Baddie" Mafia with the normal villians (Bowser, Ganondorf, etc.)? Just a thought.

As for my suspicions, Fate was obviously the first canidate because of the misfire, but we really didn't have enough info so its not really his fault, since he had a good reasoning. However, should nachos miss on his kill, I would think both are mafia members sticking up or each other, since by the end of day two we should be able to figure out at least some good suspects. As of now I dont really want to lynch anyone yet, since no one really seems like scum (and I'm guessing the first few votes were more to generate discussion more than anything.

on an of topic note, my f key is really pissing me off since I have to press it really hard for it to work, which I tend not to do. I guess I'm not swearing online or a while, then.

I actually agree with gollum on two points.
1. I actually thought I would be killed, paticularly after fate said I would be better of being killed (not true, btw)
2. furry's avi does look tasty, for some odd reason.

however, I definetely dont deserve to be lynched. Th first time I posted a lynch I had no real idea what was going on, and since where I first played mafia it wasnt a no communication game where anyone could talk to anyone privately any time. THere they have something called a village leader, where people decide on one person who they believe is town (who usually is proven), and give him their roles, etc. Anyone who doesnt gets lynched, or if you are proven to be lieing, you get lynched. Obviously here it isnt like that, and the first lynch vote I wasnt too sure of what to do, so I did what others did. The second time, two or three posts above me someone said "everyone who doesn't lynch seth and not have a good reason to will be considered a scum and be killed later" or something like that. I decided that obeying as a good idea (which I see it wasnt), and lynched seth.

Howeverm those two "wagon lynches" or whatever you guys call them were mostly out of fear, however I dont plan on doing it again, now that I understand how you guys play here (accusing random people until someone says something questionable, then lynching them, put bluntly. Alot more skill is required, I'll tell you that much)
